KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor met with  France Ambassador to Malaysia Axel Cruau at Sri Gaya here today. 

The French delegation met with the Chief Minister to brief him on the presence of a  French military ship currently berthing at Sepanggar and to give an update on the  progress of the Club Med, a resort hotel currently under construction in Kuala Penyu. 

Accompanying Cruau were Deputy Economic Counsellor Beatrice Di Piazza, Honorary  Consul of France in Sabah Laurence Leizerovici and Club Med Malaysia and Singapore  General Manager Oliver Monceau.
