KUALA LUMPUR: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor thanked the  Regent of Johor, His Royal Highness Tunku Ismail ibni Sultan Ibrahim for the latter’s  personal contribution to the Sabah Football Association (SAFA). 

Witnessing the cheque handover from the Regent of Johor, also known as TMJ to SAFA  President Datuk Shahelmey Yahya here on Wednesday, the Chief Minister said the  contribution would help Sabah’s football development. 

Hajiji was appreciative that Tunku Ismail had pledged cooperation between JDT and  SAFA to promote football development, especially in unearthing young talents.
