KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor appreciates  Parti Bersatu Sabah’s (PBS) key role in solidifying the Gabubgan Rakyat Sabah (GRS). 

As a key partner in GRS, Hajiji said PBS needs to continue working hard in tandem with  the other component members to further strengthen the local coalition as a preferred  choice of the people of Sabah. 

He said this during a meeting with the top PBS leadership at Seri Gaya, here today. 

Leading the PBS entourage to meet Hajiji who is also chairman of GRS was Deputy  President Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Joachim Gunsalam who is also a Deputy Chief  Minister and Minister of Local Housing and Government. 

PBS Information Chief Datuk Joniston Bangkuai said during the meeting, PBS, as one  of the key components of GRS, pledged to work closely with other component parties to  solidify the coalition. 

Also present were Deputy Presidents Datuk Jahid Jahim and Datuk Seri Panglima Dr  Yee Moh Chai, Secretary General Datuk Julita Majungki, Treasurer General Datuk Lu  Kim Yen, vice president Datuk Ruslan Muharam and Hendrus Anding, assistant  secretary general Jonnybone Kurum and assistant treasurer general Lo Su Fui.
